System Upgrade: September 6-8, 2025

To bring Sunmark members a more personalized and powerful banking experience, we’re upgrading our internal system. This system upgrade is designed with our members in mind. We appreciate your support and understanding as we make this important update. Thank you for being part of the Sunmark community!

What This Means for You

To complete this upgrade, all Sunmark Credit Union Financial Centers will be closed Saturday, September 6 through Monday, September 8. We will reopen for full service on Tuesday, September 9.
 
​​During this time:
  • Friday, September 5
    • Sunmark Financial Centers will be open for regular business hours
  • Beginning at 7 PM on Friday, September 5 through Monday, September 8 the following services will be unavailable:
    • Financial Centers
    • Online & Mobile Banking
    • Telephone Banking
    • Bill Pay, BillMatrix & Remote Deposit
    • Shared Branching
    • All myTMs will only be able to process cash withdrawals
  • Sunmark's Member Solutions Center will be available during the normal operating hours of Saturday, 9 AM - 1 PM and Monday, 8 AM - 5 PM for members who have questions or need support during the system upgrade. Please note that we will not be able to perform transactions, provide balance updates, or make any changes to your accounts. 

 

*Debit and credit cards may experience periodic interruptions.

Keeping your information correct and updated is critical to maintain the security of your accounts and ensure that you receive important communications from us.

To review or update any information, you can take one of the following steps:

What is Changing with Your Accounts

As part of our system upgrade, we’ve updated our account number structure to individualize each of your account numbers. Existing Sunmark members will receive a Member Profile Number. Your member profile number will be your oldest, primary open account number and will be between three and six digits.
 
Even though you may see a slight change in your account numbers, you do not need to update your direct deposit, replace your credit or debit cards, or order new checks.
 
If you need help with your new account number(s) after September 8, you can:
  • Login to Online or Mobile Banking, click on an account on the Account Summary page, click "Details" and then click "Show Full Account Number".
  • Visit one of our financial centers
  • Call us at 866-SUNMARK

Changes to Account View in Online Banking

You will now be able to see all personal accounts that you are listed on as an owner, including joint accounts, under one Online and Mobile Banking login. This will allow a more personalized view for all Sunmark members.
 
Joint account owners who do not currently have their own login credentials will receive additional information on how to create their own online member profile after September 9.

Updates to Automated Telephone Banking (TAMI)

We're upgrading our automated telephone banking system to make managing your accounts by phone faster, clearer with a fresh new voice, and more convenient than ever.

Technology is continuously evolving, especially within the financial services industry. We upgraded our system to ensure we continue to provide the highest level of account security and member service.

We updated our account number structure to individualize each of your account numbers.

You may be able to use your existing username and password to log in to Online and Mobile Banking. If you have multiple accounts and are not sure which credentials you should use to log on, please give us a call at 866-SUNMARK. We’re happy to help!

No, your debit and credit card numbers will remain the same and your PIN did not change.

No, there are no impacts to your direct deposits.

No, there are no impacts to your recurring/automated payments.

Yes, you will still be able to see up to 6 months of deposit account activity and 12 months of loan account activity. You will still be able to see all of your account history in your online statements.

No, our routing number remains the same: 221379824

You can still use your current checks and do not need to order new ones.

Yes, your account security remains a top priority throughout the upgrade. We’ve taken every precaution to ensure your personal and financial information stays safe.

No. As always, please be extra cautious with emails, texts, or phone calls that ask for personal information. We will never ask for your password, PIN, or full account number via email, text, or phone.
