Criminals are using phone calls, text messages, social media and email to impersonate businesses (including Sunmark) as a means of stealing personal information from our members. Some of these methods have become very sophisticated, mimicking legitimate communications from financial institutions, and are quite challenging to identify as scams. Sunmark will never ask for your personal or account information (including passwords) via email, text message, or phone call. When in doubt, please call us directly at 866-SUNMARK.

In 2021, Sunmark Credit Union and the Sunmark Charitable Community Foundation joined together with Beekman 1802, a company founded by an act of kindness, to fulfill a common goal of spreading more kindness in the world - starting with our own communities. In a continuation of this intiative, our Summer of Kindness project invites children up to age 12 to “deposit kindness” by submitting ideas on how they would spread kindness in their community. A Kindness Crew comprised of members from Sunmark Credit Union and Sunmark Foundation volutneers work with children throughout the summer to bring Kindness Projects to life.
