What are you able to offer clients that makes you stand out from the rest?
I see clients as individuals and not as a number in a system. This allows me to better understand each client and gain insight into their unique situation, so that I can help plan for them in the most appropriate way.

What is one piece of advice you would give someone who had a late start in retirement planning?
Don't be afraid to aim to make things better logistically or socially. “Just because something isn’t broken, doesn’t mean that it cannot be improved.”
