Jodi has been with Sunmark Credit Union since 1999, beginning as a member service representative and remaining a tireless advocate for members. In her time at Sunmark, Jodi has taken on many leadership roles, serving as a service consultant lead, call center manager, and member relationship manager, Assistant Vice President of the Member Solution Center and Consumer Lending, and now serving as Vice President of Operations. Jodi consistently lends her expertise and knowledge to lead project teams within Sunmark.

A Capital Region local, Jodi graduated from SUNY SCCC in 2003 with an associate’s degree in business administration and completed her bachelor’s degree in 2015 in business management and economics from SUNY Empire.

Jodi is committed to developing talent, having mentored numerous team members who have advanced into leadership roles of their own. In 2024, she was nominated and selected for Sunmark’s Leadership Champion award. This award recognized her integrity, loyalty, and dedication as a leader.
