Paul joined Sunmark Credit Union in 2020 and is responsible for leading, designing, and deploying innovative and effective human resources services, policies, and programs that align with the credit union’s strategic objectives. He oversees talent acquisition and retention, professional development, employee relations, performance management, diversity, and employment practices, as well as organizational development activities, compensation, and benefits administration.

Before joining Sunmark, Paul served as vice president, people and culture, at GlobalSpec. He holds an MBA in Human Resources Information Systems from the State University of New York at Albany, and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the State University of New York Polytechnic Institute.
