Jennifer Regan has more than 25 years of experience in the areas of strategy, marketing and customer experience to create growth for organizations.  Her passion lies in helping mission-driven service organizations expand their reach.

As a management consultant with Deloitte and EY, Jennifer gained direct experience serving clients in different growth stages and industries.  Over the course of her career, she has held leadership roles with financial services and health insurance organizations, including Charles Schwab, MVP Health Care and CDPHP.

She has also served on local boards in a strategic planning and marketing capacity and is currently serving on the boards of Niskayuna Community Foundation and Women’s Employment Resource Center.

Jennifer earned her MBA in marketing and a bachelor's degree in English and history from Washington University in St. Louis.  A continuous learner, she has taken graduate coursework in leadership and marketing from Clarkson University and attained several marketing certifications.
