Sunmark Credit Union Raises More Than $65,000 For Charitable Community Foundation
(Latham, NY) – Sunmark Credit Union, a full-service, community-chartered credit union serving New York through financial services and education, held their 24th annual charity golf tournament at Normanside Country Club in Delmar on Monday, July 29th, raising more than $65,000 to benefit the Sunmark Charitable Community Foundation. The Foundation is committed to the credit union philosophy of “people helping people” and serves to help local communities, support financial education, and improve the quality of life for those in need. The event was supported by nearly 100 golfers and 54 corporate sponsors. "The Sunmark Charity Golf Classic remains instrumental in advancing our mission to give back to the communities we serve,” said Amber Cooleen, Chief Marketing Officer at Sunmark Credit Union and President of the Sunmark Charitable Community Foundation.
