Sunmark held their 25th annual Charity Golf Classic on Tuesday, May 20, at Normanside Country Club in Delmar, raising more than $70,000 to benefit the Sunmark Charitable Community Foundation. The Foundation is devoted to the credit union philosophy of “people helping people” and serves to help various local communities, support financial education, and improve the quality of life for those in need

Each year, the Sunmark Charity Golf Classic draws over 100 golfers and more than 50 corporate sponsors for a fun-filled day of golf, raffles, prizes, and networking. The Golf Tournament has been running since 2000, only taking a year off in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. All proceeds from the event benefit the Sunmark Foundation, who use the funds to partner with local non-profits to support programs and initiatives that directly benefit the community.
