Sunmark’s Jerilee Beaudoin Awarded “Women Who Mean Business” Recognition

8/31/26

Sunmark Credit Union’s President and CEO, Jerilee Beaudoin, has received the Women Who Mean Business award for 2026 by the Albany Business Review.

The 2026 Women Who Mean Business list is comprised of eight individuals whose work spans across healthcare, government, nonprofit, banking, and legal industries. Beaudoin was recognized for her leadership, community impact, and work to advance equity for women in the workplace.

“My career has required persistence to overcome obstacles while remaining true to myself and my values. I'm forever grateful to the people who supported me along the way and believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. For many of us, women often do a lot behind the scenes to mentor, coach and build one another up. These relationships have been invaluable in my life, and I hope to continue that legacy for future generations.”

Beaudoin has over 35 years in the financial services industry, beginning her banking career at 16 as a part-time teller. She obtained an associate degree in Accounting from Hudson Valley Community College in 1992, continuing her education at Siena University before completing her MBA from the University at Albany in 2004.

She has made her mark at Sunmark Credit Union, implementing strategic growth and organizational objectives while spearheading impactful culture driven initiatives that focus on employee growth and development.
