Sunmark Expands Leadership With Two Executive Appointments

Sunmark Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion and appointment of two new vice presidents, reinforcing the organization’s continued investment in strong leadership, operational innovation, and strategic brand expansion.

Jodi Chase has been promoted to Vice President of Operations.

With more than 25 years of experience at Sunmark, Chase has played a pivotal role in the Member Solution Center and has contributed to numerous cross-functional processes, mergers, and critical projects throughout the credit union. Her inter-departmental work has helped shape operational efficiency and provided her with deep insight into Sunmark’s organizational ecosystem.

Chase has been a driving force behind Sunmark’s innovation efforts, leading advancements in automation, artificial intelligence, digital account openings, and the modernization of consumer loan workflows. Her commitment to Sunmark’s “people first” culture is reflected in the professional growth of her team and her unwavering dedication to exceptional member service.

Jennifer Regan joins Sunmark Credit Union as Vice President of Brand and Marketing.

Regan has extensive experience in marketing, brand strategy, fostering engagement, and driving organic growth in service-based industries. Throughout her career, she has strengthened brand identities, built high-impact marketing programs, and developed meaningful member experiences that help organizations stand out in competitive markets.

In her new role, Regan will lead Sunmark’s brand, marketing, and communications strategy, further elevating Sunmark’s presence across New York state and supporting the credit union’s mission to deliver trusted, member-focused financial solutions.
