Sunmark Lobbies Open by Appointment Only
Sunmark Credit Union is committed to ensuring the well-being of our members and our employees. As cases of COVID-19 continue to rise in the communities we serve, we have made the decision to temporarily close our lobbies, limiting in-person access to our 14 branch locations.
Effective Tuesday, December 22, the following branch locations will be open by appointment only:
Appointments will be required for all loan closings, as well as other in-person services that our members require. To request an appointment, please contact us at 866-SUNMARK.
Additionally, the following branches will be available for in-person drive-thru transactions:
All other branch locations will be closed effective Tuesday, December 22, until further notice. While our branch lobbies are temporarily closed, we encourage you to manage your Sunmark account through any of the following resources:
· Contact our Member Solution Center, available by phone at 866-SUNMARK (866-786-6275) or via online chat.
· Visit a Sunmark myTM at our Brunswick, Delmar, Glenville, Guilderland, Latham, Rotterdam, Milton, Clifton Park, and Schenectady locations. A Sunmark myTM is a self-service kiosk available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Sunmark myTMs allow you to do most transactions that usually require a teller. You can also connect with a team member via video for assistance during our scheduled operating hours.
· Utilize a night drop at any of the following branch locations: Brunswick, Clifton Park, Colonie, Delmar, Glenville, Guilderland, Latham, Milton, Five Corners, and Schenectady.
