Are there ways to access my account without visiting a branch?
Online Banking- Convenient access to account services without going to a branch and transferring money between your Sunmark accounts AND accounts at other financial institutions.
Mobile App- View and manage your accounts, transfer money, pay bills and deposit checks.
Text Banking- Check account balances, get recent transactions, transfer money, and get alerts when your balance starts running low.
Sunmark myTMs- Located at out Brunswick, Delmar, Glenville, Rotterdam, and Schenectady locations. A Sunmark myTm is a self service kiosk available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Sunmark myTMs allow you to do most transactions that usually require a teller. You can also connect with a team member via video for assistance during regular business hours.

What actions specific to the COVID-19 situation is Sunmark taking to assess the risk to its operations?
Sunmark has taken proactive steps in reviewing our Pandemic Flu Preparedness Plan and we continue to take precautionary and proactive measures. The Business Continuity Team has acted to continuously monitor the situation to ensure the safety and soundness of the Credit Union. Most departments will work from home and we will continue as necessary.
What is Sunmark doing at their branches to provide a clean environment?
Sunmark has canceled all trainings, and seminars that invite outside participants to reduce traffic in the Latham building.
