Select Sunmark Branch Lobbies Now Open

The Sunmark team would like to thank our members for their patience and understanding as we continue to comply with CDC and New York State COVID-19 quarantine mandates and guidelines. As hard as we worked to minimize the effects from this pandemic, Sunmark was not immune to them and had to temporarily restrict branch lobby availability to our membership due to reduced staffing.

However, we are pleased to inform our members that the ability to adequately staff our branches has improved and although we are not at 100 percent capacity, the following Sunmark locations have returned to regular branch hours and operations.

Brunswick, Clifton Park, Colonie, Glenville, Latham, Milton, Mohegan Lake, and Schenectady.

All other branch locations will remain temporarily closed. If you bank at our Guilderland, Delmar or Rotterdam branch locations, you can transact on your account using a drive-thru Sunmark myTM®.

Our members that bank at our 207A Green Street, Hudson location, you will be able to bank using our lobby by appointment. 

As a reminder, you can continue to manage your Sunmark account through any of the following resources:

· Visit a Sunmark myTM at our BrunswickDelmarGlenvilleGuilderlandLathamRotterdamMiltonClifton Park, and Schenectady locations.

· Utilize a night drop at any of the following branch locations: BrunswickClifton Park, Colonie, Delmar, GlenvilleGuilderlandLathamMiltonFive Corners, and Schenectady.

· Bank online with Online BankingMobile App, and Text Banking.

· Contact our Member Solution Center, available by phone at 866-SUNMARK (866-786- 6275) or via online chat.
